Polyurethane Rigid Foam Is a High Polymer Formed By High Pressure Spraying Through Special Equipment Mixed With Isocyanate And Polyether As Main Raw Materials Under The Action Of Foaming Agent, Catalyst, Flame Retardant And Other Additives. There Are Two Kinds Of Polyurethane Foam: Soft Foam And Hard Foam. The Soft Bubble Has An Open Cell Structure And The Hard Bubble Has a Closed Cell Structure.
Polyurethane Foam Is Mainly Used For Thermal Insulation, Refrigeration Equipment And Cold Storage, Thermal Insulation Plate, Wall Insulation, Pipeline Insulation, Heat Insulation Of Storage Tank, Single Component Foam Caulking Material, Etc.

OPERATION

1. For maximum efficiency and optimum foam quality  surface temperatures should be between 65 °F (18°C)  and 89° F (32° C).The cylinders should be at 75° F to  85° F to get the most yield. During colder months  make sure to warm up the cylinders to 75 ° F to 85° F 

2. Take out the hose and gun assembly. Attach  the hoses to cylinders as you see in the figure with  the wrench provided. Attach Blue collared hose to  POLYOL and Red collared hose to ISOCYNATE 

3. Shake the cylinders for 3 minutes. To shake, roll  tanks on their side and rock back and forth. 

4. Open the valves. Valves open in the reverse  direction. 

5. Apply petroleum jelly to inside face of gun and  around the edges of the ports. 

6. Insert a nozzle (Listen for a “snap” for full insertion)  and spray into a waste container until the streams are  equal and forms rigid foam structure. 

7. If needed, reapply petroleum jelly and insert a new  nozzle and continue spraying. 

8. If the chemical is not distributed evenly, see the  troubleshooting section on the next page 

9. Spray at 6-22 inches (15-60cm) from the surface.  The polyurethane foam will rise and become tack free  in about 60 seconds. Make sure that the cap/nozzle  holder is locked before spraying as shown in the  figure. If you stop spraying for more than 30 seconds,  replace the nozzle with a new one.
