DREAM SAILS, BEYOND OCEANS AND MOUNTAINS.
Spring ends silently in raining days, summer shines in the clear blue sky.From July 8 to 9, SHINGCHEM held a successful mid-year conference. at the beautiful Laoshan Mountain of Qingdao. Standing at the watershed of the whole year, we agglomerate mental efforts and work together to review our past achievements and shortcomings, and enhance team cohesion through team building activities.

Clear sky above blue sea, paint on the golden beach. Best of the best team building of theme “dream sails, beyond oceans and mountains”start in the following day on the sunny beautiful beach. Everyone in the team is having great fun. There, we install handmade rafts and sail in the sea. The entire team are interested in Frisbee games on the beach. We have competitions but more team works. We feel more close to each other in harmony while having great time on the golden beach!
