Examine whether China’s PTFE has been changed and exported to India as PTFE Products to avoid anti-dumping measures.

The case involved products under Indian customs codes 3904, 3907, 3910, 3916, 3917, 3918, 3919, 3920, 3921, 3922, 3923, 3924, 3925 and 3926. The dumping investigation period of this case is April 2019 to December 2019 (9 months), and the damage investigation period is April 2016 to March 2017, April 2017 to March 2018, April 2018 to 2019 March and the dumping investigation period.
