SHINGCHEM recently successfully concluded its Middle East trip. During this trip, we participated in the largest
refrigeration industry exhibition in the Middle East and visited many customers. This not only strengthened our
partnerships, but also brought us valuable insights into the industry outlook and key policy developments in 2024.
Participating in the largest refrigeration exhibition in the Middle East
The Middle East is known for its booming construction industry and infrastructure projects, and is an important
market for the refrigeration industry. At this exhibition, SHINGCHEM showcased a variety of refrigerant solutions,
including the widely used R22, R134a, R410A, and R32, R1234yf and R1233zd for low GWP needs.
These products demonstrate SHINGCHEM's exclusive solutions for different application scenarios in the field of
refrigerants. For example, R134a, as a mature HFC refrigerant, is widely used in automotive air conditioners and
household appliances; R410A has become the first choice for commercial air conditioners due to its high efficiency;
and low GWP products such as R32 and R1234yf are fully in line with the global trend of environmental protection.
Our booth attracted many industry partners who came to exchange innovative ways to meet environmentally friendly
refrigeration needs. This exhibition is not only a platform for communication, but also helps us understand global
industry trends and consolidate SHINGCHEM's reliable image in the international market.
Visit customers and explore future opportunities
In addition to the exhibition, we also visited a number of core partners in the Middle East. These meetings provide us
with opportunities to communicate in depth with customers, understand their specific needs, and how SHINGCHEM
products can meet the unique challenges of the local market. In these exchanges, we focused on the following products:
R22/R134a/R410a: It is still the mainstream refrigerant product with a relatively large demand.
R32: As a new generation of low GWP refrigerant, R32 has excellent performance and is widely used in
household air conditioners and light commercial air conditioners.
R1234yf: A low GWP solution designed for automotive air conditioning, with a GWP value close to 1,
which meets the strict environmental regulations worldwide.
R600a/R290 : A natural refrigerant, mainly used in refrigeration and freezing equipment, with the dual
advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
Customers showed great interest in these products and highly praised their advantages in coping with the high
temperature environment and policy compliance in the Middle East.

Sustainability and low GWP solutions
With the global emphasis on environmental responsibility, the transition to low GWP (global warming potential)
refrigerants remains a top priority. Middle Eastern countries are aligning with international climate goals, providing
good opportunities for innovative refrigerants and technologies. SHINGCHEM's products such as R32, R1234yf
and R1233zd occupy an important position in this trend.
Energy efficiency
Rising energy costs and the need for sustainable development have driven the market demand for efficient

solutions. Our R290 products are widely recognized for their high efficiency and environmental friendliness.
HFC Phase-out Policy
Many Middle Eastern countries are implementing the relevant provisions of the Kigali Amendment to gradually reduce
the use of high-GWP HFCs (hydrofluorocarbons). SHINGCHEM is actively promoting the transition from R410A to R32,
and using R1234yf as a replacement product to help customers quickly adapt to changes in industry standards.
