The meeting was divided into two days. On the first day, we summarized and compiled the sales data for 2023
and displayed the sales results achieved. Develop a sales plan for 2024 and how to implement it. During the
meeting, Mr. Alex explained to us how to achieve the sales plan and presented awards to employees with
outstanding performance in 2023.
It is worth noting that SHINGCHEM visited 23 countries in 2023 to conduct in-depth research on the market and understand customer needs. At the same time, it changed itself and made
corresponding adjustments for the markets of each country in order to better serve customers.
